Once a job is ready to be printed, it proceeds from the prepress department to one of two 40" offset presses with inline coating. If oversized, then it goes to the XL 105, or if smaller, to our 18" press. Whatever the job requirements, we have a press perfectly suited to match your needs.

We are particularly proud of our new Heidelberg XL 105, which boasts an oversized max. sheet size of 29.5 x 41.3 inches. This press is state-of-the-art, one of the fastest in the world! It has unsurpassed color accuracy because of its built-in spectrophotometer. This allows it to automatically check and adjust for colour consistency and registration, without stopping. It even remembers the profile of past jobs and will reproduce the file identically as before. By now it’s obvious why we’re so excited about this press. It's incredibly fast, and very smart!

Interestingly, it’s also eco-friendly. The XL 105 uses Green Electronics to operate on a fraction of the power used by similar-sized presses. It also uses far less chemicals throughout the printing process. And because it’s so fast and accurate, it wastes less paper during ‘make-ready’.
